No Call-Out Fee Policy: The call-out fee is strictly waived if the customer agrees to the quoted repair cost on-site. If our engineer attends, diagnoses the fault, and the customer declines the repair, a standard diagnostic/travel charge will apply.
Warranty: All new parts supplied and fitted by our technicians carry a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against mechanical failure. This does not cover subsequent accidental impact damage or vandalism.
